Every week members benefit from three new videos a week, to challenge and motivate you. This incorporates different levels and experiences, as well as bonus classes to include different equipment and other subjects relevant to horse and riders. This adds to the ever growing online library.

My current members include those who ride hack once a week up to and including professional athletes preparing for international competitions. The core principles which underpin this training are designed to support and benefit riders of all levels. For those who have never tried pilates or yoga up to advanced practitioners there are videos for you.

Easy to follow tutorials.

Each video will guide you through the process with tips and tricks, but most importantly put the exercises and movements in context for you as a rider. If you’re just starting out, see the getting started tutorials. The classes are progressive, allowing you to grow in confidence and strength building on your achievements.

 

Improved wellbeing.

Whilst the focus of my training is improving your riding, by following the programme, my clients frequently inform me of the wider benefits to their health and general wellbeing. This includes, but is not limited to, being more confident, supple, balanced, stronger and coordinated, as well as a significant reduction in back pain and relief from other long standing injuries.

Improved relationship with your horse.

Correct positioning and movement with the horse go beyond basic performance. With your body functioning effectively, the relationship between horse and rider can be greatly enhanced. Conversely, incorrect position can adversely affect performance, soundness, balance, symmetry , self carriage and overall wellbeing. Want to know how to transform your relationship with your horse?

Have fun at your own pace.

With unlimited access to new videos and a growing library online, you can pick and choose the timing of your training to fit in around your life and schedule. The Classes are deliberately diverse, ranging from slow relaxing yoga sequences to allow you to unwind and release tension or an intense core workout with pilates and everything in between. Each class is designed to help riders achieve their best, but enjoy the process!
